Charlie Mike Credit ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Charlie Mike Credit is a veteran-owned, membership-based digital product that provides credit education, personalized action plans, and tools for the military community. We are an information and education service — not a credit repair organization, and not a credit reporting agency.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you download a free resource, sign our membership agreement, or contact us
• Information you submit through our forms and tools
• Communications you send to us at support@charliemikecredit.com

We do not collect or store your credit report or credit monitoring login credentials on our own systems. Your credit data is accessed only through the third-party services described below.

To deliver the Blueprint, we rely on trusted third-party providers, each with its own privacy practices:

• MyFreeScoreNow — our recommended credit monitoring partner. When you enroll, your monitoring subscription is provided and billed directly by MyFreeScoreNow. Active monitoring is a condition of membership.
• Level Up Score — used to import your credit report (via your monitoring login) and generate your personalized action plan.
• Stripe — processes any payments. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Notion — hosts the CMD Center member workspace, shared with you by email invitation.
• Tally — collects membership agreement and form submissions.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers, as their handling of your data is governed by their own terms.

We use your information to provide and personalize your credit action plan, deliver and maintain access to the CMD Center and member tools, communicate with you about your membership, send educational content and follow-up messages, and respond to your questions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above as needed to deliver the product, or when required by law.

We earn a commission when you enroll in credit monitoring through MyFreeScoreNow using our referral link. This commission funds the Blueprint membership. It does not change the price you pay.

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive messages from us related to your membership and our services. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.

We retain your information for as long as your membership is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. When monitoring lapses and membership ends, guest access to the CMD Center is removed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@charliemikecredit.com. You may cancel your membership at any time by canceling your credit monitoring through MyFreeScoreNow.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
